A new “state-of-the-art” school on Roxboro Road in Limerick was officially launched this week by Minister for Education Jan O’Sullivan and Minister for Finance Michael Noonan, four months after hundreds of pupils settled into the new facility. LIMERICK’S Le Chéile national school, which is due to open its doors later this year, has officially launched its website and new school uniform.
UP to 200 children will have a state-of-the-art school to move into in September 2015 as Galvone NS and Southill Junior School amalgamate.
We have received the plans from the architects and are thrilled with how the new building should look.
Both staffs from Galvone NS and Southill Junior School have been on the new school grounds to view the progress.
